Dale Jr. just spun out, didn’t hit anything, and a caution was called. Now Dave Blaney hit the wall and a caution was called without any debris on the track. I thought cautions were called to allow the track to be cleaned up after a wreck, not small spins and hits like these. Do you think there are too many cautions in NASCAR and when should they be used?
